Chinese pianist Yuemeng Li possesses a global vision and outstanding artistic achievements. As a soloist, she has established herself as an active presence on the international stage. She has performed in renowned venues such as the Berlin Philharmonie, the Golden Hall of the Vienna Musikverein and London Regent Hall. She has collaborated with esteemed orchestras, including the National Symphony Orchestra of the United Kingdom, the Berlin Symphony Orchestra, the Vienna Academy Symphony Orchestra and the London School Symphony Orchestra. Her performances have received widespread acclaim from musicians, the media, and audiences alike. The Wiener Bezirkszeitung wrote, “The audience’s prolonged applause affirmed Yuemeng Li’s leading position among her generation of pianists.” At the age of 18, Yuemeng collaborated with the China Philharmonic Orchestra at the CCTV Piano Competition, marking the beginning of her career as a concert artist. In the years that followed, she was invited as a soloist to perform with numerous orchestras, including the Shenzhen Symphony Orchestra, Zhejiang Symphony Orchestra, Wuhan Philharmonic Orchestra, Henan Symphony Orchestra, Xiamen Theatre Symphony Orchestra, Inner Mongolia Symphony Orchestra, Taiwan Wuling Philharmonic Orchestra and the Zhengzhou Philharmonic Orchestra. In 2022, Yuemeng released her album Schubert & Afterthoughts. Yuemeng has also been invited to perform at major national cultural events in China in recent years.Yuemeng trained at the Primary and Middle Schools of the Central Conservatory of Music in Beijing. Her early achievements include winning First Prize at the Central Conservatory of Music’s Piano Competition and securing Second Prize in the CCTV Piano Competition. In 2015, she continued her studies at the Royal Academy of Music in the UK and graduated with distinction. In 2020, she achieved the unusual distinction of gaining the Academy’s highest performance award – the DipRAM, and in 2022, she obtained the APD (Doctorate Level) from the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire.
